Your child has one white envelope, that is information for you to read and keep at home.
They also have a manila envelope, that contains the lunch form and the emergency information form.  PLEASE fill out both of those forms and return them to school as soon as possible. 
If you are not applying for free or reduced lunch you still must read the instructions and sign to indicate you are not applying for free or reduced lunch.
Then fill in the information in the front of your child's assignment notebook, address and phone number ( if you wish).
