In Reading, we work hard on our stories everyday. Please read the stories and practice the spelling words with your child everyday. Now they are using spelling words in sentences for homework on Thursdays . Please work with them. We will continuously have a Reading and a Spelling Test at the end of each story.
In Math, you are on Unit 7. We will focus on sorting attribute blocks according to attribute rules, extend children's familiarity with polygons, identify 3-dimensional shapes, and explore symmetrical shpes. Please refer to Home Link 6.13 for additional information on Unit 7. And continuously work with your child everyday with their homework to reinforce what s/he is learning in class.
In Science, we are on Bear Unit.
