3rd Quarter Events
For your listening pleasure...we're featuring Ramona, Mr. Popper and Bud! Students in 3rd through 5th are listening to 3 popular and award winning novels each time they visit the library. 3rd graders are listening to Ramona Quimby, Age 8, 4th graders are listening to Mr. Popper's Pengiuns and 5th graders to Bud, Not Buddy. After listening students respond to questions in their journal (using Microsoft Word) on the notebook computers.
Exploring Favorite Authors Students in K through 2 are learning about and listening to stories by favorite children's authors including Ezra Jack Keats, Kevin Henkes, Steven Kellogg, and Dr. Seuss. We're also making author booklets with lots of artwork from the books we've read!
