Week of March 31st
LOOKING AHEAD: We will be presenting "Sick" by Shel Silverstein this week.

Monday, March 31st: Make sure that "Sick" is memorized for presentation tomorrow!!!

LOOKING AHEAD: We will be having a test on the "The Pigman & Me" on Wednesday. 

Monday, March 24th: Complete workbook p. 58.

Tuesday, March 25th: 1. Complete workbook p. 59.
2. Study for test on "The PIgman & Me".

Wednesday, March 26th: Continue memorization of "SICK". This poem is due for presentation on Monday, March 31st, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Thursday, March 27th: Grammar book p. 339: Exercise 9
Make sure that you write out the sentence and identify both the adjective and the question that it answers!!!

Friday, March 28th: NO CLASS: FIELD TRIP. ENJOY THE WEEKEND!! Make sure that you are prepared to present the poem"SICK" in class Monday.

Social Studies Homework:
Week of March 31st
LOOKING AHEAD: We will be learning more about the Greek gods and goddesses.

Monday, March 24th: 1. Complete "Book of Greek Gods and Goddesses". 2. Read Chapter 9 Lesson 2.

EXTRA CREDIT: Research life in Ancient Athens or Sparta and record findings. Present report to class on Friday, April 4th. Report must be at least one page in length and be typed, double-spaced in 12 point font in order to receive full credit. Worth 30 extra credit points.


Social Studies Homework:
Week of March 24th-28th
LOOKING AHEAD: We are going to begin Chapter 9.

Monday, March 24th: Complete workbook p. 61.

Tuesday, March 25th: Begin reviewing for Ch. 9 Lesson 1 Quiz.....it will be on Thursday.

Wednesday, March 26th: Study for Chapter 9 Lesson 1 Quiz.

Thursday, March 27th: Chapter 9 Lesson 2 Vocab is due on Monday.

Friday, March 28th: NO CLASS: Complete vocab if not already done!

Wednesday, March 12th: Prepare for the History Fair....know your presentation. Remember to dress appropriately: no jeans, gymshoes, t-shirts or sweatshirts.

There are several students who still need to submit their school fee...please get this turned in as soon as possible.
