This school year will be a lot of hard work with some fun. We will go on some great field trips and work on some fun projects. In third grade, the students are required to take the ISAT test for the first time. This is a reading and math test. I will prepare the students for this test. In third grade students will learn about the Solar System and Chicago. Toward the end of the year the students will learn to write cursive.
Everynight the students will have homework that is required to be turned in the next day. Please check your child’s assignement notebook nightly for homework. On my web page you will find the homework posted everynight. This is also a way to communicate with me.
